Global pet and personal health and nutrition company H&H Group has appointed Northern Artillery to develop a portfolio of ecommerce websites for its consumer brands following a competitive pitch process.
Headquartered in Hong Kong, but with offices across Europe, the Far East and Australasia, H&H will be working with the Leeds-based creative production agency to develop a more compelling and better-performing digital proposition as it seeks further market penetration across core territories.
Intended to dramatically uptick direct-to-consumer sales across H&H Group’s brands including Biostime (infant nutrition), Aurelia (UK Probiotic skincare), Swisse (natural health supplements), Dodie (French institution in baby bottles and accessories since 1957), GoodGout (100% organic foods for babies and children in France), Solid Gold (USA, pet nutrition since 1974) and Zesty Paws (supplements for the North American feline/canine markets), the new websites will be designed and developed in-house at Northern Artillery’s base in Leeds and platformed on Shopify+.
“This is a fantastic new client for us,” said Liam Grogan, director at Northern Artillery, “one which demonstrates how we’re competing with – and succeeding against – agencies on the global stage. We’ve always maintained that our team features amongst the best talent there is and wins like this demonstrate that our belief in them is shared by others too.”
Liv Lomax, H&H Group’s global digital experience chief, added: “We have full faith in Northern Artillery to transform our digital estate – the level of detail in their pitch presentation was phenomenal. They readily provided many answers to queries posed in the brief. It was this intent and Northern Artillery’s impressive back-catalogue of work that soon persuaded us they were the right partner for our project.”
Founded in 1999 as Biostime International Holdings and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2010, the organisation was renamed H&H Group in 2017. It has since expanded with further brand acquisitions across the globe and now employs over 3,300 people, achieving a current market capitalisation of over HK$7bn.
