Leeds-based full-service marketing agency, Engage, has delivered its strongest financial performance to date, reporting a 23 percent year-on-year revenue increase in the 2025/26 financial year – the agency’s first full financial year since it went employee-owned in mid-2024, celebrated last summer with an anniversary team trip to Ibiza.
The agency continued its growth trajectory during the year, welcoming 15 new staff members, scaling to a 64-strong team and securing 18 new clients across multiple sectors.
The agency delivered stand out projects across retained clients including increasing organic sales by 167 percent for homeware company, DUSK and delivering a major website refresh for the governing body of four-wheeled motorsport in the UK, Motorsport UK.

Underscoring its commitment to its team, clients and workplace culture, the marketing agency also celebrated four award wins – Independent and Digital Agency of the Year at the Prolific North Champions Awards and Best Team Culture and Best Workplace Health & Wellbeing Awareness initiative at the UK Company Culture Awards.
