The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help deliver day-to-day marketing activity across PXN Ventures, PXN Investments and the wider PXN Group. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a market-leading venture and investment brand at a pivotal point.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of a busy marketing team. You’ll help coordinate campaigns, events, press launches and other communications, working with external suppliers and internal teams to keep activity organised and moving forward.
You’ll join PXN at an exciting stage of scale-up growth following the merger of Praetura Ventures and Par Equity. With several brands, products and audiences to support, this role offers exposure to a broad range of marketing activity and the opportunity to make a real impact.
It would suit an organised and proactive marketing all-rounder who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, keeping multiple workstreams on track and getting things delivered.
Role Description
Reporting to the Group Marketing Director and working alongside the wider marketing team, you’ll coordinate activity across the PXN Group (which is made up of PXN Ventures and PXN Investments).
Your responsibilities will include
- Coordinating campaigns across PXN Ventures, PXN Investments and PXN Group brands.
- Supporting the day-to-day delivery of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and activity remains on track.
- Managing the marketing calendar and coordinating activity across the wider team.
- Supporting product launches, fund launches, founder programmes and key campaigns from planning through to delivery.
- Delivering email marketing campaigns and maintaining CRM activity through HubSpot.
- Coordinating webinars, events and communications for founders, financial advisers and investors.
- Managing website updates, landing pages and digital content.
- Supporting the briefing and management of agencies, suppliers and freelancers.
- Producing campaign reports and marketing dashboards, tracking performance and identifying opportunities to improve.
- Finding new ways of using AI to make the department more effective and efficient
- Supporting social media scheduling, PR activity and content distribution.
- Ensuring brand consistency across marketing collateral and communications.
- Acting as a central link between marketing, sales, compliance and other internal stakeholders to keep projects moving.
- Supporting the wider marketing team with reactive opportunities and business priorities when required.
We’re looking for a highly organised marketing all-rounder who can manage competing priorities and take ownership of getting work delivered. You’ll be comfortable working across several projects at once, coordinating different stakeholders and following activity through from the initial brief to completion. You don’t need to be a specialist in every marketing discipline, but you should understand how the different parts of a campaign fit together.
Ideally, you will have
- Experience in a marketing coordinator, executive or similar delivery-focused role.
- Strong organisational and project-management skills.
- Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, CRM systems, websites and social media.
- Confidence coordinating events, webinars and other marketing activity.
- The ability to manage deadlines and keep multiple workstreams moving.
- Strong written communication skills and close attention to detail.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams and levels of seniority.
- A practical, proactive approach and a willingness to take ownership.
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform, although this is not essential.
- Experience in financial services, venture capital, investments or another regulated industry would be helpful but is not required.
- A marketing degree or relevant qualification would be helpful but is not essential.
- A desire to demonstrate PXN’s values and help us build a Northern success story.

- CRM and email marketing - supports well-planned, accurate and measurable campaigns using HubSpot and other marketing tools.
- Stakeholder management - works effectively across marketing, sales, compliance and the wider business to gather input, manage expectations and keep projects moving.
- Reporting and improvement - maintains clear reporting, understands campaign performance and identifies practical ways to improve future activity.
- Sales enablement - works with the sales team to ensure that our sales support efforts have maximum impact in line with our company objectives.
- Attention to detail - maintains high standards of accuracy, presentation and brand consistency across every channel.
