Leeds-based performance marketing agency, Another Concept, has welcomed two new staff to its team, taking its headcount to eight.
The duo of new roles comes following year-on-year financial growth and new client wins, with the agency looking to now strengthen and bolster its core services.
Tom Carling has joined as a digital marketing executive and will be working alongside Another Concept’s SEO team, as well as supporting the agency’s wider marketing efforts. In addition, Jack Burton has joined as a PPC account manager, and as well as working on a number of key accounts, his role will involve him driving new business across the agency’s paid services.
Alex Gregory, one of Another Concept’s four co-founders, and the director of its paid services, said: “The last 12 months have been incredible and have seen us move into a new office in Leeds city centre, get more award recognition and diversify our service offering. However, on the cusp of another record year in terms of revenue, we also know that we need to keep this momentum going and invest more into our future development. So with that, we’re delighted to have brought two new members that now sees us double our headcount from when we first started out nearly three years ago.

“Tom really impressed us during his interviews and demonstrated a real aptitude for marketing. He’s hit the ground running and has already made a big difference to our SEO and Outreach services.
“Getting Jack onboard is also a huge boon for us. His wealth of experience is going to be an invaluable asset to the business, especially in relation to helping us bring in more clients – and we know he will deliver the exceptional results and quality service we pride ourselves on as an agency.”
Burton has over a decade of experience within PPC and his career has seen him working both agency side and in-house in a variety of roles, most recently as Head of PPC at 26PMX. He said: “Joining Another Concept was a no-brainer for me. Their flexible approach, the dynamic between the team and the dedication to providing a quality service was really refreshing to see and I’m very excited to become a part of it and grow their PPC services.”
Fellow new starter Carling added: “I’m very grateful for this opportunity to begin my marketing career at Another Concept. They’ve got a great set of clients and I’m looking forward to learning more with the team and broadening my skillset.”
Looking ahead into Q2 and Q3, Another Concept is set to smash its six-figure revenue targets for the third year in a row. The founders have also signalled their intent to invest in more staff this year and further develop the agency’s service offering, as well as boosting its client portfolio, which already includes World Rugby, RugbyPass, Geo Green Power, PPS and Raven Forge.
