Woodwork Music appoints HuHa ahead of global push

Salford music company, Woodwork, has appointed HuHa to handle its communications, as it plans growth across the UK and Europe.

The company represents labels, artists and composers for licensing music across visual media.

Based in Islington Mill, it also collaborates with artists, composers and producers, to create bespoke music compositions for ad campaigns, TV shows and films. It’s previously worked on Better Call Saul, Breaking Bad, the OC and Pretty Little Liars.

HuHa’s role will be to introduce them to key media around Europe, create a “long term positive reputation” for the firm and attract new talent.

“We chose HuHa because we wanted someone who understood that outside London does not mean parochial. We have always had tremendous success outside the UK and have an incredible few months ahead and are working on some huge projects,” said Rachel Wood, managing director of Woodwork.

“It’s great to be working with the HuHa team and using their knowledge of the industry to support our growth ambitions both in this country and overseas.”

…and they must be in by Friday October 26th
