Creative and performance marketing agency, TrunkBBI, has announced a new senior leadership team.
The agency, headquartered in Manchester, has recently announced a number of high-profile client wins and says it is seeking to place “greater emphasis than ever before on innovation, culture, award-winning work and operational excellence.”
Adam Britton, former MD, is stepping up into the chief creative officer role after the agency identified the need to push the boundaries and take its Create+Activate philosophy to new heights.
Meanwhile, Hannah Evison, formerly client services director, has been promoted to Britton’s vacated managing director role bringing with her a solid understanding of both creative and performance marketing honed over a career of more than 13 years in the industry.
In her new role, Evison will be supporting the senior heads in bringing their strategic plans to fruition, ensuring TrunkBBI’s clients continue to enjoy the excellent standard of service they are accustomed to.
Tim Butler, who has been with business for twelve years and worked across multiple divisions in various roles, will step into the role of operations director, completing the senior leadership team alongside founder and CEO, Jon Butler.
Jon Butler, CEO at TrunkBBI, said: “When we identified the need for the CCO role, it was a no-brainer for me that Adam would step up into it seamlessly. His passion lies in producing amazing work and he’s played a pivotal role in our growth and expansion to-date.
“The decision for Adam to move into this role left an MD shaped gap in the agency, and having worked closely with Hannah for the past three years, I can see she has a deep understanding of our business, the commercials, and perfectly aligns to our values.
“Tim has worked for the business since its infancy and will say so himself – TrunkBBI is in his blood. His knowledge of our business operations is second to none, and his ability to understand the numbers and make improvements off the back of them are exactly what we need as we scale.
“Tim’s skill set complements Adam’s and Hannah’s, meaning they all bring something different to the table and their input has been invaluable since we rebranded to TrunkBBI in April 2022.”
