Rural broadband provider puts customers at heart of new TV campaign

Rural broadband specialist Quickline has launched a new TV advert, airing throughout September on ITV, as part of a wider brand awareness campaign.

The advert puts Quickline’s customers centre stage, highlighting the wide range of people, families, and businesses benefitting from fast, reliable connectivity across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. With thousands already connected, the campaign shares their first-hand experiences, because, the ISP ponders, who better to tell the Quickline story than the communities it serves?

This campaign comes at a pivotal time. Over the next three years, Quickline’s rollout will extend gigabit-capable broadband to a further 360,000 premises across thousands of rural communities in the region. To date, the company has already invested more than £107 million in rural areas, transforming connectivity where broadband choice has historically been limited.

Kat Jeffery, head of marketing at Quickline, said: “Customers are at the heart of everything we do and every decision we make. That’s why it felt only right for them to be the stars of our latest TV campaign. This advert is about celebrating their experiences and shining a light on the real difference connectivity makes to rural life.”

The advert will run throughout September and October and is also available to watch on Quickline’s website and social media channels.

Quickline Communications is one of the UK’s fastest-growing broadband providers, dedicated to delivering rapid, reliable connectivity to rural communities across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, as well as sponsoring the odd football team in the region and assisting with addressing gender disparity within tech.

As one of the UK Government’s biggest Project Gigabit delivery partners, with contracts totalling around £300m of public subsidy, Quickline is playing a leading role in closing the digital divide which exists between urban and rural areas.

Quickline has seen rapid growth following investment by owner Northleaf Capital Partners, and recently received significant financial backing from the National Wealth Fund (formerly known as the UK Infrastructure Bank) and NatWest.

Quickline says that it is on a mission to reach places other internet service providers leave behind, and that digital inclusivity isn’t just a buzzword: “It’s why Quickline does what it does, and why it is proud to offer ‘broadband built for you.’”

Creative & production for the ad was courtesy of East Yorkshire’s Sowden & Sowden, while Alchemy Media handled media strategy and booking. The ad is running on ITV, Channel 4, BVOD, YouTube and digital display.
