Bolt, one of the world’s fastest-growing mobility and delivery platforms, has partnered with Manchester-based people and culture consultancy Powered by Humans (PBH) to define and embed a new set of operating principles across its global workforce.
As Bolt continues its rapid international growth, the company is making significant investments in its people and workplace experience to attract, nurture, and retain world-class talent. The work is being led by Bolt’s newly appointed global director of talent management, Sarah Kenuel, with PBH brought in to support in developing and rolling out these principles.
The collaboration began with an in-depth analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data from company-wide colleague surveys, global workshops, and management meetings. Insights from this research informed a set of future-ready operating principles that reflect Bolt’s values and ambitions, as well as the voice of its colleagues.

The next phase of the partnership will see PBH working closely with Bolt’s teams to launch the new principles and later support the integration of them into every stage of the employee experience, from attraction and onboarding to development and career progression.
