Powered By Humans recruits Account Director

Manchester’s Powered By Humans has appointed Danielle Day as its new Account Director.

The former Group Account Director of Clear has previously worked at Low&Behold and Bugler Smith, she also spent 4 years in-house at Just Eat as Event Marketing Manager.

“When I saw the work that the agency was already delivering for some of the biggest brands, I knew that I had to be part of the business at such an exciting time” she said.

“I will be working closely with Lee [Ashton] and the wider agency team at both Powered by Humans and Smyle to make sure that we really deliver something different and meaningful for the brands we work with. But I’m also excited to see first-hand the positive impact the work that Powered by Humans does to foster positive cultures and improve brand advocacy for brands – from the inside out.”

Powered by Humans is an internal comms and employee experience agency, which is part of the Smile group of agencies.

“Since our launch as part of the brand experience and activation agency ‘Smyle’ 18 months ago, we’ve seen a real interest in our complementary offering at Powered by Humans, and I am thrilled that we have already delivered on our 3-year plan in our first 18 months!” added Lee Ashton, Executive Client Director of Powered by Human.

“This growth, along with our commitment to continue to deliver phenomenal, outcome driven solutions for our clients, whilst maintaining the high standards set by our parent company, means our teams need to grow as our client base does.

“Danielle is a perfect fit for the agency, as she brings over a decade of experience gained from working with brands such as Pets at Home, and Kellogg’s. Complemented by her experience gained during her time in-house at Just Eat means that she can really put herself in the clients shoes when designing internal comms and experience solutions for their people.”
