A Liverpool-based TikTok agency has picked up four industry awards in the space of a few weeks as its creator network continues to expand.
Impact Agency, founded by Sean Weaver and Adam Kelly and based in Ropewalks in Liverpool city centre, finished second in its category in both the UK and Europe for LIVE Fest, TikTok’s major global campaign celebrating top creators.
Kelly – who streams under the name Kelldogga – was also named Creator of the Year 2025 as part of the competition. Following LIVE Fest, the pair were invited to the European Award Gala in Rome, where Impact picked up the Number 1 Creator Network Europe Award at the end of January.
The agency was also invited to attend the Global Award Gala in Las Vegas earlier this month.
TikTok LIVE Fest is a global in-app competition running from late 2025 into early 2026, recognising creators through community-driven challenges, regional leaderboards and in-person events.
“It means a lot to us because it’s recognition and validation of what we do,” said Sean, who also streams under the handle guardian.of.forever.
“The competition is tough and to get where we have has been hard. But to come into the most difficult live streaming market and continue to innovate and grow in such a short time is proof of our product and our model.”
Kelly added: “It’s a sign of trust in us that we’re noted for educating people and taking them on to the global stage.”
Impact Agency works with content creators to help them develop live streaming audiences and monetise their content on TikTok. The agency currently manages around 700 creators, up from around 600 just a few months ago.
According to the company, its top ten creators have seen combined audience growth of 40% in the past 90 days.
The agency is also planning to expand its management team, with 10 new roles currently being recruited to support additional creators and new clients.
In December, the agency hosted 20 creators in Liverpool for a Christmas Weekender, aimed at encouraging collaboration within its creator community.
“We reward sustained effort and success,” said Weaver. “And we help people achieve it. We have several gaming live professionals – and five out of only just more than a dozen in the whole of the UK have a Pro Badge.”
