Heur renews contracts with two fashion clients

NICCE is one of two brands to resign with Heur

Ecommerce specialist Heur has renewed contracts with two fashion clients, premium menswear brand Drake’s and streetwear designer NICCE.

Founded by Chris Raven and Chris Nawrocki and located in offices in York and London, Heur works with businesses and founders both nationwide and internationally to help scale their D2C brands, offering services such as fractional leadership, holistic growth strategy, managed audits and growth mapping.

The agency has re-signed fashion client Drake’s on a growth contract that will see Heur develop Drake’s’ digital channel mix across CRM, SEO, Paid Media and CRO to steer and fuel holistic growth.

Another of Heur’s long-standing fashion clients is the streetwear brand NICCE, which has recently signed off a customer service proposition from Heur, meaning the agency will be responsible for NICCE’s ecommerce, marketing and customer service as part of its holistic offering.

Heur is no stranger to the fashion vertical and has previously worked with the likes of Jaded London, The Ragged Priest, OMNES and DUKE + DEXTER.

CEO Raven said: “We’re thrilled to be continuing our work with Drake’s and NICCE – two brands shaking up the fashion and beauty industries.

“Part of our mission at Heur is to eradicate the age-old ‘agency’ model view where it is often described as ‘agency vs in-house,’ and so we’ll be working with both clients as we always do; as an extension of their internal teams.”

COO Nawrocki added: “We have seen huge changes in the market and how growth is driven online. We have evolved Heur to solve wider holistic challenges fashion and beauty retailers face.”
