Heur, a business growth agency specialising in direct-to-consumer ecommerce, has landed a trio of client wins as it celebrates a trio of years in business.
Founded by Chris Raven and Chris Nawrocki and located in York and London, Heur works with businesses and founders nationwide and internationally to help scale their D2C brands, offering services such as fractional leadership, holistic growth strategy, managed audits and growth mapping.
The agency has expanded its client roster with the additions of period pain specialists Myoovi, TOG Knives and chef-made meal delivery brand, Modern Persian Kitchen.
Each client will be partnering with Heur to provide its holistic growth strategy service which prioritises the most effective marketing mix in any given month.
Modern Persian Kitchen is also choosing to include Shopify migration as well as scaling the business through growth services such as SEO, CRM, CRO and Paid Media to help acquire, convert and retain more customers for commercial gains across the customer lifecycle.
The clients will sit alongside the likes of Drakes of London, Derek Rose and Obaby.
CEO Raven said: “The new client wins bolster our overarching mission of supporting as many owners, founders and teams to help grow their business efficiently. We firmly believe that the traditional agency mould needs to be shaken up. We want to eliminate the days that see agencies over-promising and under-delivering or focussing efforts on a single channel.”
Chris Nawrocki, COO added: “The ecommerce landscape is changing rapidly at the moment due to global politics, economic concerns and conflict, affecting how businesses approach their spend, and how consumers use their hard earned income. At Heur, we’ve responded to these new needs with products such as managed ecommerce, which delivers the team DTC brands need to trade, without the heavy resource costs.”
