alliance-6

The Northern Growth Forum, a half-day conference looking at how to grow businesses in the North for senior leaders, is now less than a month away.

In the run-up to the event, taking place at Alliance Manchester Business School on November 21st, we’ll be taking a closer look at the topics that are going to be covered at the roundtables on the day.

Applications are still open if you would like to attend the Northern Growth Forum, which will be a perfect opportunity to learn from peers and experts through multiple roundtable discussions.

The event is specifically for senior business leaders and decision-makers from companies who are interested in how best to improve the range of their practices and learn industry knowledge from others.

One of the roundtables on the day will seek to explore the best methods for leaders to create a successful culture in their business.

We’ll cover whether there’s such a thing as an optimal boss or a preferred culture, and how companies can derive instant returns from subtle culture tweaks.

Simone said: “I am delighted to be part of the Northern Growth Forum discussing growth and key business issues with other businesses and entrepreneurial leaders from around the North.”
