Digital Account Director – Jam_

Jam is looking for a Digital Account Director to lead its digital arm and develop B2B and B2C accounts.

As an integrated communications agency it devises and delivers comprehensive marketing solutions, utilising a combination of tactics that support clients in meeting strategic business objectives, encompassing everything from web (UX / UI / build),  paid media, social media (paid and organic), SEO, PR, creative, digital outreach, brand development and more. Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the broader marketing mix.  

This is a key role for a Digital Account Director with a good strategic and commercially-focused approach.

Reporting into the Associate Director, you will direct and lead on client strategies and ensure client service excellence, identifying opportunities for growth. 

Commercial management is essential, ensuring accounts are run profitably and clients receive the best possible return.

You should have a track record of delivering multi-channel digital marketing strategies in agency for both B2B and B2C clients and at least 5 years experience in a digital agency. Experience of the Financial Services industry is ideal but not essential.


Account Director – Revolution Viewing

This role is for an experienced sales professional with a passion for people and building relationships to join a very talented team.

Experience in the HE market is essential, as a key remit will be to keep abreast of the latest trends and insights from the sector to inform RV strategic decisions, product development and RV content across our marketing channels.

To achieve the upper-level of the salary range you must provide evidence that you have at least 5 years experience in a sales role, ideally in the HE sector or within a SaSS business and in fulfilling each of the job remits.

You should be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to adapt your approach to clients and team members and have exceptional attention to detail, particularly related to numeracy and target forecasting.

The successful candidate will have an absolute understanding of the sales cycle/process and the ability to quickly grasp sophisticated client requirements, solve client problems, arrive at a solution and eloquently communicate the solution.


Account Director – Harvey & Hugo

Newcastle-upon-Tyne/North Yorkshire

As account director at Harvey & Hugo, you will play an integral part in shaping, driving and consolidating its ambitions.

The agency is looking for someone with a positive mindset who thrives on building strong relationships, is confident and proactive in managing and mentoring a team and is a skilled PR strategist.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing strategic guidance to develop PR and wider marketing campaigns and strategy, developing relationships with new and existing clients, with the ability to communicate with different target audiences and contributing to the future direction and development of The Pack.

The role will be home-based, with  the ability to travel across the North East for meetings.

The ideal candidate will have many years of PR and marketing experience ideally gained whilst working in an agency. They should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a relationship with local, trade and national media.
