Manchester creative events agency Riot House, has been appointed to deliver the official launch event for The Fairfax, an upcoming, £165m Build to Rent development in Manchester’s Piccadilly East.
Owned by global real estate investment firm Round Hill Capital and developed in partnership with Olympian Homes, The Fairfax development comprises 488 one and two-bedroom homes across a pair of 23 and 29-storey towers.
The development also features 16,000 sq ft of resident amenity space, including a 29th-floor sky lounge and roof terrace, gym and wellness facilities, co-working spaces, private dining and bar lounge. Located close to Manchester Piccadilly, the scheme forms part of the wider regeneration of the Piccadilly East area.
Riot House will lead the creative direction, production and delivery of the launch event, creating an experience designed to showcase the scale and ambition of the development to guests.
The appointment marks the latest win for Riot House, the sister agency to award-winning marketing and PR agency Purple Riot, which specialises in creative events, brand experiences and activations for clients across the UK.
Nikki Kitchen, founder of Riot House, said: “We’re really excited to have been appointed to deliver the launch of The Fairfax. It’s an incredible development and exactly the kind of project we love working on- taking a space of this scale and creating an experience that really brings it to life.
“Property and placemaking is an area we know very well, and we want to move away from the traditional property launch format to create something that feels considered, creative and genuinely memorable.”
Riot House will oversee the event from initial creative concept through to production and on-the-day delivery, working alongside the Fairfax team ahead of the launch.
The win continues a period of growth for Riot House, which works both independently and alongside its sister agency to deliver events and experiential campaigns for brands, destinations and property clients across the UK.
