Tunnock’s Tea Cake fans can now book a stay in the world’s-first ever Tunnock’s themed hotel room, dubbed The Tunnock’s Sweet, thanks to easyHotel.
The immersive Tunnock’s experience is available at easyHotel Glasgow for a limited time only, celebrating the iconic Scottish heritage brand in its home city.
To mark the launch of The Tunnock’s Sweet, guests can enjoy an unrivalled culinary experience – with the world’s first officially approved deep-fried Tunnock’s Tea Cake.
The room – launched in partnership with Tunnock’s and which sleeps up to two – sees guests fully immersed in the world of the confectionery brand from all angles, with a Tunnock’s themed feature wall, bedding, ceiling, blinds and a bathroom equipped with Tunnock’s Tea Cake scented bodywash.
Guests staying in the themed room will, of course, find complimentary Tea Cakes to enjoy during their stay.
For those looking to take things a step further, a limited-edition triple-battered, deep-fried Tunnock’s Tea Cake will also be available to easyHotel guests at local café The Bucket List for just £6 for easyHotel guests, the perfect way to celebrate a stay in the world’s first Tunnock’s-themed hotel room.
The Tunnock’s Tea Cakes – featuring soft marshmallow on a biscuit base, fully coated in real milk chocolate, will be triple-battered, before being deep-fried whole and served with chocolate sauces, fresh strawberries and ice cream.

Tunnock’s historian Gordon Peat, who has devoted over three decades to documenting the brand’s history, heritage and unique place in culture, added: “Tunnock’s is a true Scottish icon – a household name with over 100 years of heritage and a very special place in the nation’s heart, proudly represented by the Lion on its packaging.
