Phil Clark, MD, said: “There is a natural, authentic fit with each of our new clients and what we offer as an agency. Artisan, luxury and experiential retail are spaces where brand storytelling and conversion strategy really matter, get it right online and the growth follows.
“We partner with ambitious brands who want more from their digital presence, and right now the momentum at Say Yes feels very strong. These four additions reflect exactly the direction we’re heading.”
Union Hand-Roasted Coffee brings a mature ecommerce operation to the partnership. Say Yes will work to optimise and evolve Union’s digital presence, with a focus on subscription growth, an update to their existing Shopify infrastructure and the implementation of a new loyalty programme.
Founded by French perfumer Emmanuelle Moeglin, Experimental Perfume Club operates a fragrance education and personalised product model with strong DTC potential. The company is based out of a flagship store in Covent Garden and utilises pop-up spaces as well as its online shopfront. The engagement will focus on redefining the product offering online, allowing the business’ unique concept and story to shine through and building a community of advocates.
The Yorkshire Soap Company has an established product range and loyal customer base across 10 locations in Yorkshire including Harrogate, Beverly, Leeds and York. Say Yes will focus on elevating the online retail experience to match the quality of the product, providing a consistent experience between their retail and digital channels.
Finally, The Society of Alchemists is an immersive experiential retail concept, with physical stores in Halifax & York. It presents the challenge of translating a highly tactile, in-person brand experience into a compelling and commercially effective digital environment. Say Yes will draw on its knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem to deliver an updated tech stack to match the ambition and growth potential of the business.
Say Yes builds on a modern commerce stack centred on Shopify and Shopify Hydrogen – Shopify’s headless storefront framework – alongside Craft CMS and Sanity for content management. The agency also holds official Shopify Partner status and has built a growing partner ecosystem to support delivery across design, engineering, marketing and fulfilment.
Founded in June 2024 and based at the Bonding Warehouse in York, Say Yes’ client list includes Ro & Zo, Samuel Windsor, Get Baked, Powersheds, Genting Hotel, Resorts World Birmingham, HC One, Live Unlimited, London Victorian Ring Company and The Property Franchise Group.
