Manchester performance marketing specialist Serotonin has announced two significant leadership appointments following its recent acquisition of ecommerce expert Unparalleled, marking an important step in the agency’s continued expansion.
Ben Topliss has been promoted to the role of creative director. Topliss joined the business in 2022 as head of creative, and in his new position he will lead the agency’s creative vision and output, building on Serotonin’s reputation for innovative, high-quality work across digital, media, and brand.
Serotonin has alsoappointed Lisa Palowski as chief financial officer (CFO). Palowski will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and supporting its growth ambitions as the agency strengthens its presence in global markets.

The appointments follow the integration of Unparalleled, which has expanded Serotonin to a 32-strong team with enhanced skills and capabilities. The new leadership structure positions the agency to move faster, think bigger, and deliver greater impact for clients worldwide.
