Marketers from across the North are set to gather in Manchester this June as The BIG Breakfast returns, with this year’s event placing trust firmly at the centre of the agenda.
Hosted by Manchester-based integrated communications agency BIG Partnership, the event will explore how brands can build, maintain and leverage consumer trust in an increasingly complex and scrutinised landscape.
Taking place on Wednesday 10 June at x+why 100 Embankment, Cathedral Approach, Salford, the BIG Breakfast will bring together a panel of experts spanning strategy, content, and research, to offer a range of perspectives on trust and its role in long-term business success.
The line-up includes: Dr Amna Khan, who holds a PhD in trust development; BIG Partnership’s head of creative strategy, Paul Hadfield; as well as the agency’s digital content director, Jess Ingham.
They will explore how trust is shaped across brand communications, customer relationships and internal culture, and how marketers can respond to shifting audience expectations.
The event is aimed at professionals from across the marketing, media and creative industries, offering both insight and an opportunity to connect with industry peers in a relaxed, informal setting.
It will kick off with breakfast at 8:30am, followed by talks and a Q&A, before closing with a networking session at 10am.
Joel Bransfield, commercial operations director at BIG Partnership, said: “Trust has become a defining factor in how brands are perceived, which is intrinsically linked to how they perform.
“It underpins everything from reputation to customer loyalty, and long-term growth. In a landscape where audiences are more informed and more selective than ever, brands can’t afford to treat trust as an afterthought.
“It’s built through consistent, transparent communication and by delivering on what you promise, whether that’s through campaigns, customer experience or internal culture. When that’s done well, trust becomes a genuine competitive advantage.
“The BIG Breakfast is about unpacking what that looks like in practice, sharing real experiences and giving marketers a space to learn from each other.”
