B2B growth brand and marketing agency Embrace Marketing has appointed a new senior growth consultant, Carolyn Chamberlain (pictured, right).
Cheshire-based Embrace specialises in the B2B science and healthcare sector including market research, CROs and medical devices. Carolyn brings over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, strategy and insight.
She has held senior commercial and leadership positions – contributing to the transformational growth of several global insight agencies. In the healthcare insights sectors, she has been a Board member of EPHMRA (appointed by industry colleagues) and she has actively contributed to EPHMRA, PMRC, MRS, Intellus and BHBIA, throughout her career.
Prior to her commitment to the insight agency sector, she is also experienced as an insight lead, for a top ten global pharmaceutical company, applying Real-World Evidence studies and primary market research to shape and inform brand strategy and asset launch plans in both cardiovascular and oncology.
Becky Reardon, managing director (left) said: “Carolyn is very well known to us at Embrace, having commissioned brand and marketing strategy work with us for over a decade. We are delighted to have her onboard to help drive our growth plans and to support our clients in delivering high-performance commercial solutions to advance their brands and accelerate growth.”
Embrace Marketing is a North West B2B brand and marketing growth partner. Established for over a decade the agency delivers high-performance brand, marketing and website solutions to advance organisations forward and energise growth.
The latest appointment follows a series of senior appointments and promotions in the spring as Embrace looks to support its growth ambitions after marking its 10th anniversary in 2025 by rebranding to “position itself as a brand advancement agency for high-growth organisations.”
As part of those changes, Sarah Broughton was promoted to senior marketing account manager after three years with the agency, working across healthcare, technology, charity and manufacturing clients. Kirsty Buckley was also promoted to senior creative manager, also following three years at Embrace, where she has led brand, creative and digital projects for national charities and global B2B organisations. The agency also recruited Chelsea Howe as senior marketing account manager. She joined following roles at McCann, Havas and Ashfield.
