Leeds hospitality consultancy signs up as hoteltech specialist’s first agency partner

Hospitality consultancy Punch Hospitality has announced an exclusive 12-month partnership with HotelLogic, becoming the hotel technology specialist’s first-ever agency partner.

The new partnership combines HotelLogic’s specialist technology assessment platform with Punch Hospitality’s commercial and revenue growth expertise. It gives hotels an impartial view of how well their existing technology supports business performance, and highlights opportunities to improve conversions, operational efficiency, guest experience, and revenue.

Founded in 2007, Punch evolved from a design-led creative agency into a specialist hospitality consultancy in 2025, working with leading hotel chains, hotel management companies and independent hotels and venues. Since focusing exclusively on hospitality, the agency has grown its client base by more than 30% supported by an in-house team of 20+ specialists from its Grade II-listed offices in Leeds.

Punch Hospitality’s commercial director, Louise Wright, said: “Hotels are investing in more technology than ever before, from property management systems and booking engines to CRM platforms, websites, payment systems, and guest communications. But many leadership teams don’t have a clear picture of how well these systems work together or whether they’re delivering the commercial value they should.”

The Hotel Technology Diagnostic maps a hotel’s technology setup, reviews how well systems are connected, and identifies where gaps or inefficiencies could be holding the business back. Rather than recommending new technology straight away, it first assesses what’s already in place before providing an evidence-based report, prioritised recommendations, and a practical 90-day action plan.

The diagnostic is available for individual hotels, groups, and management companies, and can also be rolled out across multiple properties to identify common issues, improve consistency, and support future technology investment.

The partnership also strengthens Punch Hospitality’s wider Revenue Growth Marketing offer, which combines commercial analysis with marketing expertise to help hotels create stronger foundations for long-term growth.

Wright added: “Our partnership with HotelLogic means we can establish the facts before making recommendations. We can show clients exactly what technology they have, how well it works together, and where improvements could create commercial value before they invest.”

Hospitality Technology’s 2026 Lodging Technology Study indicates that hotels allocate around 4.25% of revenue to technology. For a hotel generating £5 million annually, that would equate to more than £210,000. Hotel Logic helps operators identify where fragmented systems may be reducing the return on that investment. One recent diagnostic identified more than £43,000 in estimated annual financial exposure at a single independent hotel.

“That fits perfectly with our approach because successful customer acquisition, conversion, and retention all depend on the technology and booking experience behind the scenes,” Wright explained.

Stewart Moss, founder of HotelLogic, added: “Technology decisions should start with understanding the commercial challenge, not choosing a product.

“Our diagnostic gives hotels an independent view of their technology landscape, while Punch brings the hospitality expertise to turn those insights into practical commercial action. Together, we’re helping operators make better-informed technology decisions and build stronger foundations for long-term growth.”
