BBC quiz show, Bridge of Lies, is heading to Australia, following a deal between STV Studios and the Seven Network.
The Australian broadcaster has already started airing episodes of the UK show as part of its weekday afternoon quiz strand called (wait for it) Winning Arvo.
The Glasgow-produced quiz will also be available on its streaming platform, 7plus, which is the country’s fastest growing free streaming service.

“Hot on the heels of our bumper recommission from the BBC, this significant deal with Seven shows that all the unique ingredients that have made Bridge of Lies a firm favourite of UK viewers successfully translate to international audiences too,” said David Mortimer, STV Studios CEO.
“The launch of Bridge of Lies in Australia is just the latest step in the format’s burgeoning global journey, and I couldn’t be prouder that millions of Aussies are going to be spending their afternoons with the incomparable Ross Kemp and our fantastic contestants.”
The deal was brokered by BBC Studios, which distributes the show internationally with STV Studios. It means that 7 will air all 4 series of the main programme, plus 3 series of the celebrity spin-off.
The BBC has recently ordered series 5 of Bridge of Lies and series of 4 of Celebrity Bridge of Lies – a total of 35 new episodes for 2026.
