Leeds-based digital experience and performance marketing agency Enjoy Digital has expanded its senior team with the appointments of Christina Miller and Ben Norman.
Working alongside Matt Shaw, head of growth, the duo is part of an intentional shift towards building long-term strategic client partnerships and sector-led commercial growth.
Miller initially joined Enjoy as a client partner earlier this year from fusion, where she was a senior consultant. She brings over 15 years of brand, CX, and digital strategy experience from roles at IMA-HOME and First 10 Digital, and has led major initiatives for clients such as AVIVA, M&G Wealth Advice, and Dr. Oetker. She will focus predominantly on the financial services sector.
Norman, a new hire who also joins as client partner, moves from Principles Agency, where he served as strategy director and will concentrate primarily on the retail and consumer goods sectors. Bringing strategy and client service experience across previous roles at Finn and CreativeRace, he has also worked with major consumer brands including ASDA, GHD, and Valspar. Ben will oversee key consumer accounts including Coop Wholesale and Arrow ECS.
MD Andrew Ash, who was appointed managing director at Enjoy Digital in 2024 having first joined the agency as one of its first five staff – its search engine marketing manager – back in 2009, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Christina and Ben to the team at a really important moment in our growth. Sustainable growth comes from building deep, high-trust partnerships that help clients achieve commercial goals. Their strategic capabilities significantly strengthen our sector authority.”
Miller added: “I’m delighted with my first few months here. Too many agencies sit firmly in one of two silos, either traditional brand builders or pure digital specialists. Enjoy bridges that gap by bringing together deep technical capability and the broad strategic thinking needed to build long term partnerships.”
Enjoy is a digital experience and performance agency that’s been helping brands transform and grow digitally, while simultaneously tackling their biggest growth challenges, for closing in on 20 years.
