Newcastle agency sets sights on London office in 2024

Newcastle digital agency Readysalted has announced plans to open a London office after expanding its client base in the UK and Europe and recruiting three new employees.

Specialising in UX design and digital transformation development, Readysalted, who recently celebrated their 20th anniversary, also has plans to hit half a million pounds turnover by 2025 and treble the size of the business by 2028.

The business works with clients including Newcastle, Durham and Cambridge universities, as well as businesses in the medical science and manufacturing sectors and clients across the North East, London and Europe.

Simon Honeywood, founder and managing director of Readysalted said: “The last 12 months have been fantastic for the business as we continue to support our many clients across the globe. I still have to pinch myself about how far we have come in 20 years from when I started out as a freelancer in the industry. This really is credit to the fantastic team we have at Readysalted, their expertise and commitment to delivering outstanding client care.

“We really take the time to understand the businesses we work with, what their customers need when they visit a website, and how they behave online. We also work with clients on digital transformation, which is something that can save people hours and hours of time and completely change the way they work – it really is transformative.

“We have an incredibly varied client base, from medical scientists to manufacturers, through to the education sector and beyond. Essentially, we can make a piece of software you can run an entire company with, which is bespoke to the needs of each client.”

He added: “This year we have plans to take things even further recruiting more developers and designers, opening our London office and working with more clients across the capital and Europe, as well as the North East of course.

“We have come a long way in the last 20 years, but at the core we’re still very much the same Readysalted team, with the same values at our core.”
