Elite Dynamics has made 3 appointments to its leadership team, including a Chief Financial Officer, Operations Director and Marketing Director.
The Warrington software company, which specialises in the holiday park and marina industry, is backed by BGF.
Lisa Allan-Downie takes up the marketing role. She was Brand and PR Manager at ScottishPower before taking senior jobs across the holiday park and leisure centre, including Argyll Holidays and Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels.
“Elite Dynamics has achieved so much over the past decade, and I’ve watched the business grow into one of the most trusted names in park and marina solution providers. The ambition for the next five years is even more exciting – from continuous innovation to global expansion – and I knew it was something I wanted to be part of,” she said.
“What really stood out for me was the culture that Jamaine [CEO and co-founder] has built. There’s a real sense of purpose, a genuine drive to do things properly and a belief in the people behind the work. That combination of vision and values is rare – and it’s even rarer to feel like you can make a real difference from day one. I’m proud to be on board and excited to play my part in what’s next.”
The company has also recruited Phil Norton as Chief Financial Officer; and Rosie Becker as Operations Director.
Elite Dynamics was established by Jamaine Campbell, Nicola Campbell and Jack Vernon in 2015 to provide digital solutions for the sector including marketing, sales, reservations, maintenance, memberships and finance. Its systems are currently used in more than 400 sites in the UK and internationally.
Last year, BGF backed the business to support the continued development of Elite Dynamics’ proprietary software, as well as investing in “significant hires, and sales and marketing activities.”
Its ambition is to triple in size and double its headcount by 2026.

“We have built a highly successful, and sustainable business through our deep industry experience and technical expertise,” stated Campbell.
“As we continue to scale, we need to build an exceptional and well-rounded leadership team to drive our next phase of growth. Building on our strength in the UK, we will also increase our focus on the North American market. Phil, Rosie and Lisa will be key to helping us achieve our ambitions.”
