Leeds media agency Invested has appointed Egle Dooley as digital account director, taking the independent agency’s team to seven.
Egle joins from IMA, where she spent five years in digital media, most recently as senior digital media manager. She started out client side at Leeds property group Linley and Simpson, running paid search, social and display in house for four years before moving into agency life in 2021.
At Invested she will run client business at a senior level, owning the strategic plan across a range of accounts and taking responsibility for how campaigns are measured against goals set at the planning stage. She reports to co-founders Chris Quinn and Will Hughes.

Founded in 2024 by former IMA duo Chris Quinn and Will Hughes, Invested has grown from two people to seven in two years, following 90% year-on-year growth in gross profit and a move to Yorkshire House in Leeds city centre. The agency works with brands including Great Rail Journeys, CitySprint and Sunshine Delights.
Invested typically partners with clients who need to grow their ATL but don’t know how to move beyond working in limited silos. With expertise in market planning, strategy, auditing and measurement, the agency helps businesses push more confidently into new channels and tactics, using the combined strengths of digital, performance and traditional media.
Media strategies are informed through deep data interrogation, Investment Maps and structured testing, and are built to be measurable and drive growth.
Co-founder Quinn said: “We’ve been deliberate about who we add to the team rather than scaling for the sake of it. Having worked with Egle before, we know how much she brings to the team. It was our dream from day one to get her onboard so we’re delighted that we could make it happen”
Dooley added: “Invested started as a passion project for Chris and Will, and it’s turned into something really exciting to be part of. They built it from scratch around a clear idea: Make agency life better for the team and better for the clients. That’s not a small thing to take on, and I wanted in while it’s still being built.”
