McCann Leeds has expanded its strategy team with the appointment of James Bagan as associate strategy director, strengthening the agency’s effectiveness in building enduring brand platforms.
Bagan joins from McCann Birmingham, bringing over 15 years of diverse experience in marketing and advertising, with previous roles at Carat, VCCP, Home, Intermarketing, and Nestlé.

One of James’ notable career highlights includes the 2021 Green & Black’s ‘Wildly. Deliciously. Organic’ campaign, which received multiple creative awards, including a prestigious D&AD Pencil.
With his wealth of experience and passion for strategy, Bagan is poised to make a significant contribution to the continued success of McCann Leeds.
