Manchester-based mmadigital has appointed two new senior hires to boost its digital and tech capabilities.
Rachel Cullen joins the digital legal specialist agency as Head of Paid Search and Anthony Hough has been appointed as Salesforce Developer.
Cullen brings extensive PPC expertise to the company, having previously held the positions of Paid Media Manager and Performance Optimisation Manager with sports fashion retailer, JD Sports.
In her new role, Cullen will be responsible for the acquisition and retention of customers through paid search and other performance channels for mmadigital’s consumer brands. She will also work alongside the wider digital marketing team including organic search, social, and affiliates, to maximise the impact of campaigns for the company’s law firm client base.
Hough, who most recently worked with organisations such as Payroc and Peninsula, will lead the development and customisation of Salesforce from a technical and client growth perspective. He will work closely with business leads across tech, compliance and marketing to analyse, design and deploy scalable CRM solutions.
On joining mmadigital, Cullen said: “It’s an incredibly exciting time to join mmadigital and contribute to the next stage of its growth by building and executing a clear and differentiated paid search strategy.”
Hough added: “The role has so much potential and it’s great to be part of something new and ambitious. One of the most compelling things which attracted me to mmadigital is the vibrant and cohesive culture – with people at the heart of it all.”
Dez Derry, mmadigital CEO and Founder, commented: “The appointments of Rachel and Anthony are testament to our sustained growth and our ability to attract high-calibre people to the business. With their knowledge and expertise, we can strengthen our product offering and enhance the overall value proposition for our clients.”
