Leeds-based connective3 has boosted its team with 10 new hires, taking it to 40 staff after just 15 months in business.
The digital agency was launched in October 2019 by Tim Grice, Vin Chinnaraja and Patrick Altoft, founders of Branded3.
It works with brands including thortful, Comparethemarket.com and Strata Homes.
The agency said that due to a “number of significant client wins and a heavy focus on expanding the remit of existing accounts”, it had grown revenues by 400% last year.
The growth has seen James Fernando and Andrew Moody, formerly of Click Consult and Parallax respectively, join as Client Directors.
The content marketing team has welcomed five new hires, and the paid media team brought in Charlotte Smith as a Senior Paid Executive.
Dawn Little and Richard Wilson have also joined as Marketing Executive and Content Creator respectively.
