Leeds agency picks up German self-build housing brief

Leeds independent agency, Boutique, has been appointed by German prefabricated housing pioneer, WeberHaus, to drive its latest strategic targeting of the UK’s booming self-build market.

The agency will execute a dual-channel approach, with a targeted media buying strategy for England and Northern Ireland, alongside tactical thought leadership PR, with the shared objective of positioning WeberHaus as the first choice for sustainably minded UK self-builders seeking the elusive mix of energy efficiency and high-end bespoke design.

Self-building now represents as much as 10 per cent of the UK’s completed housing each year, with the market growing by two per cent in the last year alone, according to gov.uk data.
