Manchester’s RAAS LAB, the platform that delivers hyper-relevant ad experiences at scale for premium media performance, has appointed Toby Shaw as UK sales director.
Shaw began his career at Wavemaker, where he excelled across key accounts for display and PPC. He then joined global media platform Teads, and, as Senior Sales Manager, drove business development in the UK within the independent agency landscape. Bringing a wealth of knowledge in ad tech and sales, Shaw will drive market growth for RAAS LAB by establishing core partnerships and defining process for its sales team.
Shaw’s appointment coincides with a significant stage of RAAS LAB’s business development, as it scales its AI-led technology.
In the new role, Shaw will be responsible for enhancing RAAS LAB’s market footprint, particularly across the UK’s independent sector, and, as part of the management team, will help bolster its sales operations. This includes evangelising clients on RAAS LAB’s proprietary AI technology and insights, which match targeting and creative in real-time at the impression level to deliver ads that are a natural extension of the user’s media experience.
