Global fashion brand Hugo Boss is moving into a first-floor suite at Northspring on Manchester’s Spring Gardens, the brand’s first base in Manchester.
Amenities at Northspring include The Club – a business lounge with meeting rooms, hot-desking space, zoom booths, and a refreshments bar; The Park, which houses wellness facilities such as cycle storage, a prayer room, brand-new showers and changing rooms, and a fully equipped fitness suite; and The Deck, a private roof terrace.
Businesses leasing in one Northspring location are also entitled to use all seven of its locations across Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham.

The move further highlights Manchester growing profile as a destination for high fashion following Chanel holding its 2023/24 Métiers d’Art show in the city last December.
