Adrian Lambert, an experienced marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), has launched Adrian Lambert Marketing, a specialist consultancy offering fractional CMO leadership and revenue-focused strategic marketing advisory to growth-stage and scaling B2B businesses.
The consultancy is founded on a career leading marketing for companies across a broad range of B2B sectors – from cloud-native SaaS and broadcast technology to aviation and defence manufacturing, engineering consultancy, in-flight entertainment and media connectivity.
Lambert has held CMO, VP marketing and marketing director roles at publicly listed, PE-backed and privately owned organisations, consistently building marketing functions that generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
The commercial results across Lambert’s career reflect that consistency. At Vislink Technologies Inc, a publicly listed live video transmission company, he helped generate $14.7M in pipeline within 18 months. At Blackbird plc, a cloud-native SaaS developer, he built the global marketing function from scratch and contributed to 400% ARR growth. At EDM Ltd, a manufacturer of crew training systems for commercial aviation and defence, he helped grow turnover from £12M to £22.5M. With IFE Services Ltd, a PE-backed in-flight entertainment business, his marketing contribution was instrumental in growing revenue from $21M to $38M and taking EBITDA from breakeven to $9.3M, culminating in a $38M acquisition.
“The businesses I have worked with span a wide range of B2B sectors – from SaaS and broadcast technology to aerospace manufacturing, engineering consultancy and media. What they have in common is that they all needed marketing to work harder: to generate pipeline, build credibility in their markets and support commercial growth,” said Lambert. “That is what I have delivered consistently over many years, and it is what Adrian Lambert Marketing is built to provide, whether a business is scaling a SaaS product, entering a new market, or preparing for acquisition.”
Adrian Lambert Marketing works with B2B businesses across the UK and internationally on a fractional leadership, fixed-term project or strategic advisory basis. Core service areas include GTM strategy, demand generation, brand transformation, account-based marketing, sales and marketing alignment, martech optimisation, and AI-enabled marketing.
Lambert added: “Growing businesses, whether a SaaS company trying to scale, a manufacturer building brand awareness, or an engineering firm that has never invested properly in marketing, often lack senior marketing leadership at the moment they need it most. The fractional model changes that. It gives businesses access to CMO-level thinking and execution without the overhead of a permanent hire.”
