PHA Group has appointed Lisa Kerr as senior account director, strengthening the agency’s growing presence in Manchester and “enhancing its expertise across consumer and B2B communications.”
Based in PHA’s Manchester office, Kerr brings more than a decade of public relations experience spanning both agency and in-house roles. Through her career, she has worked across a portfolio of lifestyle, travel, property and retail brands, including Selfridges, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Silver Cross, The Entertainer and MGA Entertainment.
A specialist in B2C communications, her experience on both the agency and client side provides a valuable perspective in developing strategic, results-driven campaigns that deliver meaningful business outcomes, most recently as senior account director at Roland Dransfield in Manchester. She also brings a strong B2B skillset, having spent recent years working across the property, legal and professional services sectors.

In her new role at PHA, Kerr will support clients across the agency’s consumer and corporate divisions, helping brands and businesses uncover authentic stories that resonate with audiences and drive impact.
