Pelican wins competitive pitch for Chartered Institute of Marketing

Saddleworth-based Pelican Communications, has won a competitive pitch to work with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

It will be promoting its regions and sector interest groups.

“We were impressed with Pelican’s track record for delivering award-winning campaigns, its proven media relations skills and experience working with trade associations,” explained James Delves, Head of PR and Engagement at CIM.

“This, combined with Pelican’s first-hand knowledge of CIM’s sector interest groups and expertise in a number of these sectors was a winning pitch. We look forward to working together and driving forward success for CIM.”

Campaigns and activities will run across CIM’s 11 regional groups and also promote its 10 sector interest groups.

“With over 30,000 members worldwide, CIM is the world’s leading marketing body. For more than 100 years, CIM has supported, represented and developed marketers, teams, leaders and the profession as a whole,” added Pelican Managing Director, Michael Bennett.
