Yorkshire-based creative film production outfit Filthy, led by ex-agency creative directors Paul Nichols and Stew Wells, has created a bold and emotive new brand film for the rugby league side Bradford Bulls.
Following the recent rebranding of Bradford Bulls by Leeds-based Perfect Storm agency, and the club’s long-awaited promotion back to the Super League after an 11-year hiatus, Filthy adopted a raw and authentic approach to the film, using real fans, players and staff to show what it means to be part of the Bulls – the highs, the lows and the unbreakable community spirit that runs through every aspect of the club.
Nichols said: “We spent weeks ingraining ourselves in what this club means to its fans, Bradfordians and the city itself. We started with the script, where we wanted to create a powerful and emotive narrative that built on the passion and dedication we experienced around the club.”
Wells added: “At Filthy we thrive in projects that require authenticity. This film for Bradford Bulls is the perfect example of that – a real, authentic message delivered by the people to whom it matters most.”

Bradford Bulls, CEO, Jason Hirst said: “For our 2026 season and particularly our long-awaited Super League return, we wanted to reignite the Bulls Brand and get more and more people sitting up and taking notice and talking about us, again.
We wanted a striking, imaginative short film to help us achieve that and to capture the new, grittier, more assertive, confident and edgier Bulls club and team.
Hirst added that, from a personal perspective, as well as from extensive positive feedback from fans, the film would appear to have delivered: “[It]captured our fans’ (new and old) imagination and added to the tremendously positive vibe around the whole club,” he said. “The whole experience of collaborating with Filthy alongside our marketing partners, Perfect Storm, has and continues to be an enjoyable and positive one, as we look forward to hitting the ground running, both on and off the field, in the Betfred Super League 2026.”
