Sheffield creative agency Born + Raised has promoted Tamsin Valentino to become its first Strategy Director.
Valentino, who was previously Client Services Director, has been tasked with building and developing the new Strategy and Planning team, which represents an increasing amount of the agency’s business.
She will continue as a member of the agency’s senior management team. The vacant Client Services Director post has been filled by Charlotte Hill, who has been an Account Director with the agency for the last three years. She will also join the Senior Management Team.
The agency has also brought in Stephen Booth as a Senior Account Manager, Claire Bland as Account Manager and Grace Anderson as Account Executive. Harriet Aisthorpe has also been promoted to Senior Account Executive.
Finally, Andrew Loades has been appointed to a brand new position of Client Relationship Manager, a role developed to ensure the agency brings the best to all future clients.
