Altrincham-based tech firm Mykos Technologies Limited has acquired Wolverhampton’s MSC Consulting for an undisclosed sum.
Mykos develops new technology including in the fields of mobility, AI and medical. It is currently working on projects around connected automated road systems, hybrid and fast-charging battery technology and recyclable composites. Its mission statement is to create “breakthrough technologies to take advantage of the huge challenges and opportunities that face society today as we transition to a more connected, more intelligent, more sustainable world.”
MSC Consulting offers business support through research, strategy and funding in sectors including aerospace, automotive, rail and medical.
Mykos said in a statement on its website: “Mykos now owns MSC Consulting, a consulting house which has proven its worth in the last decade, completing research and project delivery for customers both start up and established, enabling many companies to flourish and add value to their stakeholders.”
