Absolute Agency delivers new website for North West house builder Applethwaite

Applethwaite, a leading house builder specialising in quality homes across Lancashire and Cumbria, has recently launched its new website with support from Absolute Agency.

Absolute previously teamed up with Applethwaite on a successful rebranding project in 2022, and Absolute continued to work closely with the Applethwaite team to develop a fresh, tailor-made website, leveraging the bespoke Absolute Control framework.

The design seamlessly integrated the new branding while offering a user experience that “reflected Applethwaite’s unique approach.” With the Absolute Control framework, it also empowers the marketing and sales teams to update and manage the key areas of the site, quickly and reactively via the custom built modules and pattern library through a a bespoke site enables the team to manage content, home developments, and plot availability independently.

Colin Hetherington, managing director of Applethwaite, said: “We have always been extremely proud of the quality of the homes we build, however, we identified that our existing brand identity, marketing materials and website didn’t match up to this. We wanted to strengthen our position in the marketplace, whilst delivering a unique customer experience from enquiry through to moving in, which truly represented Applethwaite. We feel that the work done by Absolute delivers this and will help us stand out from our competitors.”

Chris Hodgen, MD, Absolute Agency added: “We have built a great partnership with the [parent] Eric Wright Group over the last three years and it really feels like we’re going on a journey together. The work my team has done with their home building arm Applethwaite, is really starting to pay dividends for the brand and that is extremely exciting. The initial launch is just the start of the digital journey for Applethwaite. Colin and his team are passionate about delivering the best product for their customers and we’re really happy to be working closely with them.”
