A Bolton-based digital agency has translated Jus-Rol’s refreshed brand identity into a new online experience designed to make hundreds of recipes and product variations easier to explore.
Bolton-based digital agency Statuo has designed and developed a new website for household baking brand Jus-Rol.
The launch follows a major rebrand led by brand agency Brandon, which created a new visual identity and packaging system across Jus-Rol’s UK and Ireland portfolio.
Statuo worked with the teams to bring that identity to life online while making the website more useful for visitors searching for products, recipes and baking inspiration.

With hundreds of recipes and product variations available, the project involved more than a visual redesign. The agency needed to make the content easier to navigate without overwhelming users or damaging the search visibility built by the existing site.
Search data and insights into user behaviour were used to restructure the experience around the ways people discover recipes, browse products and bake at home.
“People don’t visit a recipe website to admire its navigation. They arrive because they need an idea for dinner, have pastry in the fridge or are looking for something to bake with their children,” said Faye Collings, Marketing Director at Statuo.
“Our challenge was to remove as much friction as possible between that first spark of inspiration and getting something into the oven.”
The resulting content structure is intended to make Jus-Rol’s recipe library and product ranges simpler to explore. Colour cues drawn from the brand’s packaging help visitors understand which section of the website they are using.
Statuo has also introduced features designed for people actively following recipes in the kitchen. Step-by-step checklists allow users to keep track of their progress, while Baker’s Mode prevents their device’s screen from going to sleep while they are baking.
Visitors can create an account, save favourite recipes and rate the bakes they have tried. Those ratings contribute to dynamic recipe pages shaped by the behaviour and preferences of Jus-Rol’s audience.
Search performance was incorporated into the design process from the beginning. An initial SEO audit examined how consumers were already finding and moving through the website, informing its new content structure and changes to important recipe categories and high-value searches.
Between January and May 2026, Jus-Rol recorded 7.88 million organic impressions, compared with 5.55 million during the same period in 2025 – a year-on-year increase of 42%.
Organic clicks increased by 5%, from 228,800 to 240,300, while the website’s average search ranking improved by more than four positions.
Jus-Rol said: “Working in collaboration with Statuo on the new Jus-Rol website has been seamless, with the team having natural intuition on the brand’s guidelines, tone of voice, timelines, creative execution and overall functionality.
“Faye and the Statuo team felt like an extension of Jus-Rol’s by continually putting the brand first and proactively looking for ways to improve, even with the smallest of details. We’re really pleased with the result and look forward to continuing working with Statuo.”
