Leeds-based specialist PR agency Lucky North has announced a trio of new appointments following a strong year of performance in 2025, with over 40% turnover growth.
Based in Park Cross Street in central Leeds, the agency’s client roster currently boasts clients across a range of sectors, including national housebuilder Keepmoat, pioneering waste management firm Envirovue, legal firm Blacks Solicitors, and home and kitchen appliance brand Russell Hobbs.
Emily Ireton-Bourke, formerly senior account executive at GOLD79, has joined the team to work across a number of new and existing clients. She has four years of experience in PR, working with brands including Jet2, The Reserve at Chester Zoo and Redefine Meat.
Ireton-Bourke’s appointment as junior account manager comes in tandem with the promotion of Lottie Ireland, who has stepped up to senior account manager. The pair will oversee day-to-day account management on behalf of clients while continuing to support company directors and founders Lucy Baird and Kiran Watson in executing PR strategies, developing the agency offering and building the business portfolio.
Two new account executives, Molly Fairhurst and Erinma Nedum have also been appointed.
Fairhurst comes to the agency after completing a Masters in Journalism at Nottingham Trent University, while Nedum brings two years of PR experience working at Cape Town agency AVENUE with a range of national and international brands including Louis Vuitton, Veuve Clicquot and Harris Reed.
Beth Pearson-McCann and Chloe Anderson have also both enjoyed promotions at the company, stepping up to account director and senior account executive respectively.
Founder Watson, said: “We are delighted to welcome Emily, Molly and Erinma to our team. Our new hires and internal promotions bring fresh perspectives and specialist expertise to the team, strengthening the support we offer our clients as they grow and evolve.
Fellow founder Baird added: “PR is having a real moment. As more people use AI to find and compare businesses, regular mentions in trusted editorial coverage are becoming increasingly important to whether a brand appears in those answers. Clients recognise that PR no longer just builds reputation; it helps make their businesses discoverable in an entirely new search landscape.
“That growing demand helped us increase turnover by 40% last year, and we’re on track for a further 30% increase this year. With our expanded team, we can help more clients build the visibility and credibility they need to grow.”
