Edinburgh agency launches new digital visibility tool for brands

One of Scotland’s newest communications agencies, Feel Good Comms, which was launched at the turn of the year by former Muckle Media staffer Chris Batchelor, has launched a new visibility review tool designed to help businesses “understand exactly how, where, and how often they show up in front of their target audiences.”

Designed to deliver insights to build highly effective communication and marketing strategies, the tool analyses a brand’s total digital footprint. Crucially, as consumer habits rapidly evolve, the review tracks brand visibility within AI platforms, including Gemini and ChatGPT.

Recent research suggests that 37% of consumers now start their searches with AI rather than Google, and over half of consumers find AI more helpful than traditional search engines. Recognising that AI is now a critical channel for all businesses, the new tool from Feel Good Comms runs searches to calculate a business’s share of voice in AI summaries.

A key feature of the tool includes an AI share of voice analysis, evaluating how brands are summarised and presented by leading AI tools and mapping how search results change based on localised versus national queries. Crucially, the tool also identifies which other businesses are being discovered, analysing how competitors show up online and within AI summaries. It also explores Google ratings and identifies the critical relationship between customer reviews and wider brand coverage.

Alongside the comprehensive report, Feel Good Comms provides actionable recommendations to improve performance for long-term business gain.

Founder Batchelor (pictured) said: “The landscape of search and brand discovery continues to change, and quickly. It is no longer just about where you rank on a traditional search engine page, it’s also about how and if AI tools summarise your brand, and what your digital reputation says about you. We built this visibility review tool because when we work with a business we want to stop guessing and start knowing. By understanding where a business appears online, how often it shows up, and how the brand is perceived, we can build communications strategies that work and deliver long-term commercial success.”

To see how your brand is showing up online, Feel Good Comms is offering businesses a complimentary initial report.
