David White has been promoted to the role of CEO at Leeds-based demand and performance marketing group, Connective3.
White, a co-founder of the agency was previously Chief Growth Officer.
His move comes as current CEO, Tim Grice, becomes Group CEO.
The change in leadership follows investment from private equity firm, Foresight Group earlier this month.
“David has been instrumental in building Connective3 from day one. As one of our original management team, he has helped shape our culture, our proposition and our growth, making him the natural person to lead the agency into its next chapter. He knows our business, our people and our clients inside out,” explained Grice.
“As Group CEO, my focus is on accelerating growth across the wider group through acquisitions, AI, international expansion and bringing great businesses together. David and I will continue to work closely to ensure Connective3 and the wider group grow with the same ambition, culture and client-first approach that has defined us from the beginning.”
The group employs 140 staff across its offices in Leeds, Manchester and London.
“I’m incredibly honoured to be taking on the role of CEO at connective3 and to have the opportunity to lead the agency through its next phase of growth,” said White.
“Having been part of connective3 since day one, I’m immensely proud of what we’ve built, the team we’ve created and the work we deliver for our clients. With the recent investment from Foresight Group, we have an exciting opportunity to accelerate our ambitions, continue investing in our people and technology, expand internationally and build on everything we’ve achieved over the past seven years.
“I’m looking forward to working alongside Tim and the wider leadership team as we enter this next chapter and continue our ambition to build the world’s leading demand and performance marketing group.”
