Ollie Ratcliffe heads to Tall to lead new performance offer

Tall in Leeds has appointed Ollie Ratcliffe as Director of Performance.

Ratcliffe has joined from Audience, where he was Managing Director, and prior to that led digital strategy at Taylors of Harrogate and iProspect.

At Tall he’ll lead the expansion of its newly launched performance arm, Momentum, which has been set up “to help ambitious brands adapt and scale in an increasingly challenging consumer landscape.”

“Platform shifts like Meta’s Andromeda, Google’s PMax and TikTok’s AI-led commerce mark a fundamental shift away from channel optimisation,” he explained.

“In this new age, you’re no longer targeting customers; you’re training systems with an integrated engine of creative, data and customer journey design. That’s what Momentum is all about.”

Momentum has already signed up Victoria Leeds, Surecase and existing clients, Lego, Tofoo and SharkNinja,
