Leeds-based digital agency Flaunt Digital has expanded its senior leadership team with two strategic appointments as it celebrates a decade in business.
Andy Coates-Warner joins as strategy director, bringing a wealth of expertise in digital strategy and performance marketing. Formerly performance marketing director at TrunkBBI, Coates-Warner has led high-impact work for national brands including VUE, Confused.com, and AutoTrader. In his new role, he will help shape Flaunt’s strategic direction and support clients in navigating an increasingly complex digital landscape.
Adam Tudor has joined as head of SEO, adding further strength to the agency’s search capability. Tudor previously served as head of SEO at CreativeRace, where he delivered results for major consumer and retail brands, including JCT600 and Irwin Mitchell. He will lead Flaunt Digital’s SEO team at a time when AI-driven changes to search are reshaping user behaviour and redefining how brands must think about visibility.
Both senior hires arrive at a pivotal moment for the industry. With rapid shifts in search technology and customer behaviour, Flaunt Digital is investing heavily in innovation to help clients maintain growth in an evolving search environment.
Coates-Warner has already joined CEO Lee Fuller in hosting a series of webinars and in-person events in London and at the agency’s Leeds headquarters, exploring user-centred search, modern customer journeys, and emerging patterns in digital behaviour.

The appointments add to a standout year for Flaunt Digital. Senior Technical SEO Lead Georgia James has recently spoken at BrightonSEO and TechSEO North, reinforcing the agency’s growing reputation in technical search expertise. Flaunt has also secured several new client wins, including iconic British music brand Orange Amps, women’s fashion retailer Klass, and international restaurant group Vapiano.
Coates-Warner said: “Joining Flaunt Digital at such a pivotal moment for the industry is incredibly exciting. The pace of change across search and digital behaviour has never been faster, and brands need clear, user-centred strategies to stay ahead. Flaunt’s commitment to innovation, its in-house tooling, and its collaborative culture create the perfect environment to help clients navigate this shift and unlock new opportunities. I’m looking forward to shaping the next phase of our strategic offering and supporting clients through what is arguably the most transformative period search has ever seen.”
Tudor said: “I’m genuinely excited to join Flaunt Digital as the agency celebrates a decade of success across search and digital. From its B Corp values to our in-house tooling and development, we’ve got real freedom and expertise to shape search optimisation for clients in a world where customer touchpoints have never been broader.
After a career that’s taken me client-side, freelance and through integrated agencies, it’s energising to be back with a team of digital specialists, in a culture that encourages experimentation, embraces failure, and invests in real personal growth. I’m looking forward to leading SEO in an era of AI-driven search, no matter which browser, engine, platform or network their customers choose to use.”
Flaunt Digital CEO Lee Fuller added: “Following 3 years of research, testing and close observation to position Flaunt at the front edge of the biggest shift in search in the last 20 years, adding Andy and Adam to the team feels like the final piece of the puzzle. I am beyond excited for 2026 and look forward to seeing everyone’s efforts and energy come into fruition through continued growth and success.”
