Safety strategy PPC brief win for Leeds agency following competitive pitch

Arco, the UK’s leading safety products & services experts, has appointed Circus PPC as its PPC agency following a competitive request for proposal (RFP) process.

The appointment sees Leeds-based Circus PPC take on responsibility for managing Arco’s PPC strategy and performance, supporting the brand’s ambitious growth objectives across paid search. The agency was selected following a competitive multi-agency pitch, during which Arco evaluated potential partners on who they believed could best drive PPC performance.

Rick Tobin, CEO at Circus PPC said of the partnership: “We’re incredibly proud to be partnering with Arco, a brand synonymous with health and safety. Their decision to appoint us as their trusted PPC partner is a testament to our knowledge, expertise, and reputation as one of the UK’s top PPC agencies. The team brought great energy and expertise to the pitch process, and we’re looking forward to what we can achieve together.”

This win follows a series of new business successes for Circus PPC, including landing the Furniture for You PPC brief last month following on from a treble-winning June which saw the agency add Skirting UK, SVT and Wolf Laundry to its growing client roster and further cementing its position as one of the UK’s leading independent PPC agencies.

Earlier this year, the agency announced its appointment by multinational credit report provider Creditsafe to manage PPC campaigns across its UK, US and Canadian markets. At the time, Circus PPC’s Commercial Director Paul Huggett said the win was a testament to the team’s “proactive strategic thinking” and “relentless PPC management.”

Circus PPC has established itself as a specialist agency trusted by ambitious brands looking to scale through data-driven paid media strategies, and is continuing to invest in both talent and client delivery as it builds on a successful first half of 2025.
