Manchester PR agency Let’s Press expands into Kazakhstan

Manchester-based PR and communications agency Let’s Press says it has opened its first international office in Kazakhstan, marking its expansion into the Central Asian market just a year after launching.

The agency says the move makes Let’s Press the first international independent PR agency to set up in the region. The agency, founded by Liliya Arutyunyan, specialises in strategic communications for clients across the finance, tech, and fintech sectors, and has recently broadened its services to include retail and e-commerce.

Arutyunyan said the agency had identified a gap in the market and believed now was the right time to expand.

“The PR and communications landscape in Central Asia has been evolving rapidly in the past few years and we thought it would be a great time to enter it,” she said. “Celebrating our first year feels like the perfect time to take Let’s Press global and this move strengthens our mission of helping our clients achieve their business and PR goals.”

The new office is currently founder-led, with plans to grow a local team over the next 6–12 months. In the meantime, Let’s Press says it is working with local collaborators and partners to support delivery.

The agency says it has already signed a contract with one of the region’s largest e-commerce companies. Services provided include brand positioning, strategic communications, and national media outreach. The agency also offers executive branding, media training, crisis management, and both digital and traditional PR on a retainer basis.

Our cultural fluency and multilingual capabilities have made adapting to the Central Asian market easier, Arutyunyan said.

Let’s Press will continue to operate its Manchester base, where the founder leads delivery with support from a network of UK-based freelancers.

“I believe in fair pay and working conditions,” she said. “I want to make sure I’m fully able to provide both before I hire someone full-time. However, as our business and number of clients has been growing this year, I’m planning on hiring someone to both of our offices over the next 6–12 months.”
