U-WFM, a specialist in workforce management and optimisation software, has been acquired by Puzzel.
Puzzel is a cloud-based contact centre software provider, based in Oslo, with offices across Scandinavia. The acquisition was supported by American investment firm, Marlin.

By joining forces with Puzzel we can continue to offer customers a full set of leading integrated contact centre capabilities and become part of an organisation with a sizeable presence across key European markets,” said Matt Hughes, CEO of U-WFM.
“We look forward to partnering and working alongside the Puzzel team to provide our solutions across Puzzel’s broad customer base.”
Details of the deal haven’t been released, but according to its most recent accounts, U-Source Ltd, the company behind U-WFM, had Shareholders Funds of £98k (YE: 2018), which was down from £150k in the previous year.

Puzzel has more than 900 customers across 40 countries.
