Three hires for gyro

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAManchester’s gyro has announced three new appointments.
 
Eilidh MacDonald and Nicole Lloyd join ‘the global ideas shop’ as account manager and senior account executive respectively.

MacDonald joins from Manchester Creative Agency, Pixel8, while Lloyd, a familiar face to gyro Manchester, having started her career at the agency in 2010, rejoins from a client side role at Mansion Group.

Placed in two of the agency’s three strong client service teams, the pair will work across some of gyro Manchester’s key clients including DuPont and Stoneridge Electronics.
 
Joanna Spencer completes the trip of hires, joining as junior planner. from her current position at Code Computer Love. She will support the agency’s strategy team and work across all of the agency’s key clients in what looks to be a busy 2014.
 
Managing director, Danny Turnbull, welcomed the moves. He said: “I have a great belief in investing in young talent, witnessed by gyro’s recent IPA Gold award, and am particularly happy to welcome back to gyro an employee who we hired and trained as a graduate.

“My feeling is that 2014 will be a strong year for us and for our wider industry as economic recovery starts to take hold.”
