Reboot Online heads to Leeds to recruit senior team

London-based Reboot Online has expanded its senior leadership team, with 4 recruits – all from Leeds agencies.

The company, which does have a base in the city, as well as offices in Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh and Birmingham, has appointed Alexa Cobbold and James Olliver as Digital PR Account Directors.

The paid were both at IDHL Group and will now play a “pivotal role” in developing Reboot Online’s strategic PR campaigns and leading its PR teams.

“I’m fully prepared to take on a new challenge with Reboot not only to make an impact, but also to share my expertise and industry insights to help shape the company in its exciting time of growth,” said Cobbold, who spent almost a decade at IDHL, managing the delivery of its creative PR solutions.

Elsewhere, the company has hired Zoë Elizabeth Blogg as Operations Director – after 8 years at Leeds-based ICS-digital.

Finally, Darci Vivian is Reboot’s first formal HR hire. Vivian joins from Leeds-based Jaywing as HR Manager.

“I’m delighted to be joining such a fast-growing and innovative business,” she explained.

“My main objectives will encompass fostering a thriving environment that highly esteems talent, implementing effective recruitment strategies as well as prioritising the wellbeing of our valued employees.”

Shai Aharony, CEO and founder of Reboot, explained that the new roles had been created following a number of new contract wins, including Allianz Direct and Viator, a subsidiary of TripAdvisor.

“We are investing in our employees to reflect our ambition and growth, and it’s a real privilege to welcome such high-calibre talent on board. Over the years, we’ve laid the foundation to scale at speed and we are now at the threshold of an exciting phase marked by ambitious growth plans.

“This year, we have expanded our in-house expertise and diversified our service offerings to encompass both traditional PR and paid media to provide our clients an integrated approach to public relations, all conveniently housed under one roof.”
